At Sitex Cable Ties, we aim to ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt, in line with UK consumer regulations.
After notifying us of your intention to return an item, you will have a further 14 days to return the product or arrange for its collection.

Products that are unused and returned in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for a full refund. -
Opened but Unused Products
Items that have been opened but not used may be accepted for return. A restocking fee may apply, depending on the condition of the product and packaging. -

If an item arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, as appropriate.
All returned items must be in a resalable condition and include all original accessories, packaging, and documentation.

Refunds
